The Pink Print Beauty Policies
Order Requirements
For all orders, the billing and shipping address must match. All customers will complete a verification process ensure the authenticity of your account and will not be used for any other purpose. Please check your email after your purchase to complete this very important step.
Shipping & Processing Times
Shipping Options:
- Standard (3-5 Days)
- Express (1-2 Days)
Processing Times
- Express Collection: 2-4 Day processing time.
- Signature Collection Units: 2-4 week processing time from the date of purchase.
- Bundles & Lace: Up to 14 days processing time
Once processing time is complete, tracking information for all orders will be sent in 1-2 days.
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order is sent to the mail carrier, The Pink Print Beauty is not responsible for any lost or stolen goods. Please refer to the tracking information for updates. For additional help, contact USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777.
Exchanges and Refunds
Products may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase under certain conditions.
Eligible Conditions for Exchange:
- Wrong Wig Size
- Wrong Color *Please note that custom color units are subject to variation and will not always be an exact replica for remakes.*
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product Received
Other reasons may be accepted at the discretion of The Pink Print Beauty.
Ineligible Conditions for Exchange:
- Lace has been cut, makeup/lace tint applied, or altered in any way
- Hair Extensions have been dyed, cut, or altered in any way
- Cap has been dyed, cut, or altered in any way
- Missing original packaging/box
Returns
Returns will be processed after products are officially back in possession of The Pink Print Beauty.
Products must be returned in original packaging with lace intact, wig tag applied, and the product must not be altered in any way within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds
When applicable, returns and exchanges are more favorable due to the nature of our products. Refunds be granted at the discretion of the business owner.
Automatic refunds will be issued if:
- Order is cancelled by The Pink Print Beauty
- One or more items were sold out after your order is processed.
